- Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Tracking information is provided with every order. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
